DAILY FEES INCLUDE:
· Licensed professional hunter, a tracker, skinner and hunting vehicle.
· Accommodation on a full board basis, including non-alcoholic drinks.
· Transfer from and to Johannesburg International  Airport 
. Transport between and on hunting areas 
· Laundry service (except on Sundays)
· Field preparation of trophies.
· Licenses for trophies.

DAILY FEES DO NOT INCLUDE:
· Flight from and to Johannesburg.
· Rifle hire – (25 US $/Day - Ammunition 4 US $ per round).
· Transport between hunting areas.
· Alcohol, beer and wine.
· Taxidermy, packing, insurance, transport. dipping and shipping of trophies. 
· Personal expenses e.g. tips, telephone, souvenirs etc.
· Hotel accommodation before and after the hunting safari.
. 14% Vat on daily fees
. Tourist Programs

Please note:
· Hunting season is throughout the year, except December and January. 
· Trophy fees payable for all animals killed or wounded and not found.
. Minimum Safari - 7 days
· Traveling between concessions is calculated as hunting day.
·While every precaution is taken to guarantee the guests' safety, an adequate insurance for yourself and your goods is of course very much recommended.

Bookings:
· Hunts are confirmed on receipt of a 30% deposit of daily rates.
· Deposits are not refundable should the hunt be cancelled. We advise a cancellation insurance. 
Payment:
· Payment in Traveler's cheques or in cash only.
